Returns Policy
Orders can be returned within Ireland for a refund of the price paid for the product. Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing and can only be accepted if the products are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
To return a product, please contact our customer service team at customercare@healthspanelite.ie and they will email you a Returns form. We will process refunds via the original payment method within 10 Working Days of receipt of the returned product. We will not refund any shipping charges nor do we provide free return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Lost or damaged parcels
We offer a tracked delivery service, however in the unlikely event the tracking details shows your order as being delivered but you have not received the order please contact our customer service team at customercare@healthspanelite.ie and we will follow up on your behalf. Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of the dispatch date and we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
We take great care to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team with details of the damage and we will happily refund or replace it once the fault or damage is agreed.
